The Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed Louisiana Property & Casualty insurance professional with experience in the Louisiana insurance market. You will service existing personal and small commercial lines clients, support producers with new business, and work directly with the agency owner. We welcome different levels of experience and value someone who wants to help shape a growing agency.

What You’ll Do

• Handle policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and day-to-day client service.
• Assist with quotes, applications, proposals, policy issuance, and carrier communications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system.
• Help improve workflows, solve problems, and support agency operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Active Louisiana Property & Casualty insurance license and prior Louisiana insurance experience.
• Valued: Independent-agency experience; knowledge of personal and commercial lines, including admitted and non-admitted markets.
• Essential qualities: Strong work ethic, accuracy, initiative, problem-solving, organization, clear communication, and comfort with technology
• Extra helpful: active Louisiana Life/Health/Accident insurance license

Work-Life Balance & Flexibility

We value results and accountability, not unnecessary rigidity. Full-time and part-time schedules may be considered, with flexibility based on business needs and the individual. The position is initially in-office; other arrangements may be considered over time but are not guaranteed.

Compensation & Growth

Compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and schedule. Any benefits and paid time off will be discussed as part of the employment offer. As the agency grows, opportunities to broaden your responsibilities may develop.
